Preparation: CONSEILS DE PRÉPARATION POUR UN SACHET À la casserole Faire bouillir 750 ml de lait demi-écrémé dans une casserole. Saler à votre convenance. Retirer la casserole du feu et attendre 2 minutes avant de verser les flocons en pluie en remuant doucement. Attendre 30 secondes puis mélanger délicatement. Ajouter beurre, crème, comme bon vous semble. Au four à micro-ondes Verser dans un récipient adapté au micro-ondes 750 ml de lait demi-écrémé. Saler à votre convenance. Verser les flocons en pluie tout en remuant. Laisser reposer 30 secondes puis mélanger doucement à l'aide d'une cuillère. Faire chauffer pendant 5 à 6 minutes (puissance 750 watts). Ajouter beurre, crème, comme bon vous semble.
